While in private practice, Mr. Ormiston has also been involved in an extensive array of real estate matters including purchases/sales, financing, lender fraud and violations, loan modifications, leasing, construction, title issues, fraud and misrepresentations, partnership disputes, estate litigation, evictions, foreclosures and bankruptcies.
